CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

• To request a refund for a course, it must be done within 7 days of the initial purchase.
• If a participant has logged into the e-learning course or attended an online classroom/received recordings for more than 1 day, no refund is applicable.
• Refunds will not be accepted for any request made beyond 7 days of purchasing the course.
• Courses that have been discounted or subsidized(Any Cause) are not eligible for a refund. The only option available is to switch to another course.
• Refunds are not available for courses that have been rescheduled by the participant.
• If the fee was paid through the any EMI portal, a refund is not applicable.
• A refund is not available if the fee was paid in part payments or a token amount was paid to reserve a seat.
• Welkin Highs reserves the right to revise the terms & conditions of this policy without any prior notice.
